Shifts: Rotational, 16-week rota (Days, Nights, and Weekends)
Shift Times: 06:00-14:00, 09:00-17:00, 11:00-19:00, 14:00-22:00, 22:00-06:00
Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Telecoms Service Advisor to join our team at Queen Alexandra Hospital. In this role, you will be responsible for providing Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust with a highly efficient, effective, and courteous telecoms service, both over the phone and in person.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to all emergency calls and alarms, including major incidents, fire, cardiac arrest, and flat baby alarms.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, handling inquiries with professionalism and care.
- Ensure that all information is accurately recorded and available as required.
- Provide essential support in emergency situations by ensuring all communications are handled swiftly and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Basic DBS Essential
- Experience in telephony is essential.
- Administrative experience with strong attention to detail.
- Competence in using Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate confidentiality and trustworthiness
This position offers a varied working schedule, including shifts during days, nights, and weekends, making flexibility a key requirement.
