What We're Looking For
- Expertise as a TIG welder (For marine parts and structures preferred but not necessary)
- Ability to work with a variety of metals, ensuring high-quality and durable welds, specifically Aluminium.
- Knowledge and application of LEAN Processes to optimise efficiency and reduce waste.
- Attention to detail and commitment to meeting industry standards.
