Overview:An exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Packing Supervisor to join a dynamic production team.

This role is essential in ensuring packing operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely — delivering quality results every time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support packing line operatives
  • Plan and manage staff rotas to ensure full coverage
  • Liaise with dispatch teams to meet daily requirements
  • Maintain high hygiene, health & safety, and food quality standards
  • Assist with production admin tasks and reporting
  • Drive continuous improvement in productivity and waste reduction
  • Provide training and support for team development

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a production or packing environment
  • Strong understanding of food safety and health & safety regulations
  • Excellent team leadership and communication skills
  • Good IT skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Organised, proactive, and detail-focused

Desirable:

  • ILM/NVQ in Management or equivalent experience
  • Background in production and dispatch planning
