We are recruiting for a Health, Safety & Environment Manager to lead the function for a manufacturing site in Pembrokeshire.
Reporting to the Site Director, this role will be responsible for providing a safe and compliant environment for all employees and visitors to the site.
Responsibilities include ensuring all regulator and accreditations are effectively managed, manage budgets, develop and embed metrics and management systems, manage incidents, and lead on internal and external audits.
The site is part of a market-leading, national group and this role will work alongside a wider HSE team.
This role will suit a NEBOSH qualified senior HSE leader with experience of ISO audits, UK regulations, and a background in manufacturing. It comes with a competitive salary, bonus, healthcare and relocation assistance.
