Infermiera Group are actively seeking Health Care Assistants to work with us at a variety of private and NHS locations in and around Haverfordwest.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 6 months professional experience in a UK Healthcare setting.
  • Hardworking, adaptable, and able to respond quickly to changes.
  • Show a passion for high quality individual and teamwork
  • Hold a DBS (on the Update Service) or be willing to purchase a DBS through Nursdoc

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement all aspects of direct care including personal hygiene, toileting, moving and handling to ensure they are safely and comfortably positioned and assisting the patient to mobilise whilst maintaining the safety of both patient and nurse.
  • Assist with the admission and discharge of patients with due regard to organisational policies and procedures.
  • Escort patients to other departments or areas for treatment, investigation or rehabilitative purposes.
  • Observe patient’s condition and behaviour reporting changes promptly and accurately.
