Reed HR are proud to be supporting a non-for-profit organisation with sites based in Carmarthen and Haverfordwest who are looking for a HR business partner to join a large and supportive HR department. As a HR Business Partner, you will support the delivery of both operational and strategic HR services working closely with senior managers and stakeholders to handle a range of HR activities, including employee relations, workforce planning, and health and wellbeing.

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Employee Relations - Provide advice on HR issues such as disciplinary actions, performance management, and recruitment. 
  • Change Management - Lead restructuring and culture change programs. 
  • Engagement - Develop and implement engagement projects and build relationships with stakeholders. 

What you need: 

  • Relevant HR qualification and CIPD membership (Level 5 or above). 
  • Excellent knowledge of HR disciplines and employment legislation. 
  • Strong IT literacy and experience with HR packages. 
  • Experience in leading HR projects and supporting managers. 
  • Strong professional judgment and change advocacy. 
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills. 
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach. 
  • Ability to work effectively in partnership with colleagues and stakeholders.
