Reed HR are proud to be supporting a non-for-profit organisation with sites based in Carmarthen and Haverfordwest who are looking for a HR business partner to join a large and supportive HR department. As a HR Business Partner, you will support the delivery of both operational and strategic HR services working closely with senior managers and stakeholders to handle a range of HR activities, including employee relations, workforce planning, and health and wellbeing.
What you’ll be doing:Â
- Employee Relations - Provide advice on HR issues such as disciplinary actions, performance management, and recruitment.Â
- Change Management - Lead restructuring and culture change programs.Â
- Engagement - Develop and implement engagement projects and build relationships with stakeholders.Â
What you need:Â
- Relevant HR qualification and CIPD membership (Level 5 or above).Â
- Excellent knowledge of HR disciplines and employment legislation.Â
- Strong IT literacy and experience with HR packages.Â
- Experience in leading HR projects and supporting managers.Â
- Strong professional judgment and change advocacy.Â
- Excellent organisational and planning skills.Â
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach.Â
- Ability to work effectively in partnership with colleagues and stakeholders.
