Vale Recruitment are currently recruiting for a dynamic and time served site manager for, our Client, a leading contractor. If you have a passion for building with quality and you strive for excellence, this opportunity will enable you to work for one of the current leading contractors.

Responsibilities include:
- Manage and oversee all operations at the site
- Supervise a team of employees and ensure they are performing their duties effectively
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies are available
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate site activities
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any maintenance or repair needs
- Address any customer concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner

Skills:
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
- Proficient in using computer software for data analysis and reporting

Ideally, your career will demonstrate continuity, and provide overview of your experience of managing projects on housing and residential sites. You must be able to provide good leadership, excellent Client management and provide references. Experience of high rise schemes, complex builds or residential is essential.
