Service Engineer required. My client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of standard and specialised emergency power solutions based in South West Wales. They are looking to bring a Service Engineer on board to perform maintenance, service and repair duties. The ideal candidate will come from an Engineering service background, have knowledge of Generator / GenSet Engines and Alternators and will be commutable to Haverfordwest.
You must have a full Driving licence to be considered for this vacancy.
Service Engineer Position Overview
- Undertaking Pre-Delivery inspections
- Testing and commissioning Power Generation equipment
- Servicing and maintaining a range of Power equipment
- Work will be split between field based and the Haverfordwest site
- Travelling to customer sites throughout Wales and England
Service Engineer Position Requirements
- Experience and Knowledge of Generators and alternators
- Experience in Fault Finding, Maintenance, Service and Repair
- Ideally qualified in an Engineering discipline
- City and Guilds 18th edition would be beneficial
- Prepared to travel throughout Wales and the UK with the role
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Based within a commutable distance of Haverfordwest
Service Engineer Position Remuneration
- Salary £28,000 - £34,000 DOE
- Overtime available
- 28 Days holiday inclusive of public holidays
- Monday - Friday: 08:30 - 17:00
- Performance Bonus
