Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and ready to play a vital part in the smooth running of logistics operations? Our client, a well-established manufacturing business in the Haverfordwest area, is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their busy logistics team.

As the Administrator, you’ll be supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of day-to-day logistics operations. This is a key role where your accuracy and communication skills will help keep everything running like clockwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing and managing sales and purchase orders

  • Coordinating inbound and outbound deliveries

  • Liaising with couriers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely dispatch

  • Maintaining accurate records of stock movements and delivery schedules

  • Generating reports and updating internal systems

  • Supporting with general administrative duties across the logistics and production departments

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role (logistics/manufacturing background preferred)

  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems

  • Excellent attention to detail and time management

  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal

  • A team player with a proactive attitude

Hours of work:

8.00am - 4.00pm Monday to Friday

This assignment is expected to last at least 2-3 months, however, it has the potential of becoming a permanent role.
