Recruitment Account Manager (Onsite - Food Sector)
We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Account Manager to oversee a key client account in the food sector. Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
- Act as the main point of contact for key client accounts, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships, becoming a trusted advisor for client business interests.
- Proactively address client inquiries, resolve issues, and explore opportunities for growth and collaboration.
Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts by leveraging your knowledge of food manufacturing trends and market dynamics.
Product & Market Knowledge:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to provide informed recommendations and solutions.
- Conduct regular market research to identify opportunities for product innovation and business expansion.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager within the retail or food manufacturing industry, with a track record of success in client relationship management and sales.
- Strong knowledge of food manufacturing processes, supply chain logistics, and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
