What will they be responsible for? Cabling schemes across the East of England including design, project management, on and off-site cable installation, building construction, jointing, switchgear installation, bunding, commissioning, decommissioning and demolitionHow many projects? £3 to £4 million turnover, low value projects, expecting to get to £6 to £10 million in a year or so. Driving growth in the cabling project workstream with major clients * Planning and programming of current and future works* Involvement with Cost Value Reconciliation* Support Design Manager with establishing design programme * Ensure adequate staffing is available to deliver works to programme* Provide input into estimating and tender process* Project managing the works* Setting up the contract management frameworkWho will they be interacting with regularly?Contracts Director, Project Managers, the Client's Engineers, Project Managers, Site Managers, Most Important Things:33kV cabling knowledge (mainly outside a substation), for a significant timeRunning a team of PM's and Site Managers, liaison with Clients Engineers, so man management skillsBased within the EPN footprint Degree or NVQ Level 7 or similarly qualifiedEssential qualifications and / or competencies?Full UK driving licenceAny flexible working available and if so, what flexibility (remote working/flexi hours)?
