- Reading and Interpreting Schematics: Understanding and following electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints to assemble panels accurately
- Wiring and Assembly: Cutting, stripping, and mounting wires to connect electrical units. Assembling components in a predetermined order
- Quality Control: Inspecting and testing completed panels to ensure they meet specifications and function correctly
- Troubleshooting: Identifying and fixing issues in the wiring or assembly process
- Safety Compliance: Adhering to safety procedures and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Skills and Qualifications:
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment
- Attention to Detail: Ability to perform precise and meticulous work.
- Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues.
- Communication: Good communication skills to follow instructions and collaborate with team members.
