Assistant Manager - Haverhill

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team at a leading restaurant brand. Key responsibilities of Assistant Manager:
  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Lead by example, providing outstanding customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate the front-of-house staff to maintain high service standards.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, hygiene standards, and company policies.
  • Assist with staff scheduling, payroll management, and inventory control.
  • Maintain a high level of communication between front-of-house and kitchen staff.
  • Ensure the restaurant is always well-prepared, clean, and presentable for service.
  • Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the General Manager.
About You:
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role in a full table-service restaurant.
  • Strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Ability to manage staff scheduling and payroll.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
