Production Operatives Wanted In HAVERHILL!

Logistics People are looking for Production Operatives/Factory Operatives/Factory Worker/Line Operative/Production Team Member/General Production Operative to join our team.

Location: Haverhill, Integrated Packing Services (IPS)

Working Hours:

  • Monday - Friday 07:30 - 16:00 Shifts Available

Pay rate: £12.26 P/hr

Position: Production Operative

Logistics People are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join our team in Haverhill, based at our IPS site.

As a Production Operative for Logistics People your role will consist of various duties including but not limited to:

  • Packing orders in preparation for shipping.
  • Working as a team on a Production Line.
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, including sweeping and disposing of debris.
  • Handling stock respectfully, with a high attention to detail.
  • Handling mostly light weight product
  • Assisting with other duties as assigned by Line Leaders.
  • Participating in any required training sessions to enhance job knowledge and skills.

Our ideal candidate:

  • Able to work as a part of a team and be self-managed when necessary.
  • Able to comply with Health and Safety policies on site.
  • Ability to work accurately and methodically.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Flexible approach to duties and tasks.
