If you would like to make a real difference in the Quality team with a company supplying into most of the major retailers in the UK. Managing a small team of QAs, you can ensure products of premium quality reaching the shelves!
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and legal regulations
- Lead audits (internal, customer and third-party) and ensure the site is always audit-ready
- Maintain and improve the Quality Management System
- Extensive allergen control knowledge
- Train and develop staff on quality and food safety practices
- Manage non-conformances and root cause investigations
- Lead the HACCP team and manage documentation
- Oversee product testing and quality checks to ensure consistency and safety
- Liaise with production, NPD, technical and suppliers to ensure standards are upheld throughout
