About the Role

SRG are recruiting for a Plant Technologist to join the operations team of an innovative pharmaceutical company based in Cambridgeshire. Working closely with the manufacturing team, you will supervise and over see the production of pharmaceutical products that are essential for patients all over the world.

Working Hours

38.75 Hours per week.

Rotating 2-day shifts:

  • 06:00 - 14:15
  • 13:45 - 22:00

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise manufacturing activities, ensuring that production targets are achieved whislt maintaing GMP requirements.
  • Act as the primary contact for escalation & operational technical support.
  • Support the introduction of new products & processes.
  • Provide training for new processes & products.
  • Maintain strict safety and quality standards, stopping manufacturing if either are compromised.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a similar GMP Manufacturing environment.
  • Proven ability to train, motivate and support others.
  • Strong understanding of Health, Safety & Quality standards in manufacturing and how they apply in a GMP Environment.
  • Previous experience with Spray Drying processes would be advantageous.
