PART TIME - PA executive

Solution 47 Recruitment are supporting a rapidly expanding business where the Director is recruiting for a part time PA assistant.

Based at The Epicentre, Haverhill Research Park, Enterprise Wy, Haverhill CB9 7LR

2 days per week Monday & Tuesday - 8-3pm (these hours can increase as the company expands)

The role itself:

• Administrative tasks to support the directors administration needs
• Handling and responding to all correspondence including phone calls, emails and letters
• Scheduling appointments and organising diary entries
• Setting reminders for meetings, appointments and other important tasks
• Making travel and hotel arrangements
• Taking notes at meetings, preparing the minutes and subsequently distributing to all participants
• Liaising with other members of staff and external parties such as clients
• Preparing expense reports and maintaining a filing system to assist with the accounting departments
