We are working with a busy and well-established construction firm in Haverhill, Suffolk, seeking a Purchasing & Administration Coordinator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong personality, and is eager to grow their career within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the purchasing process, including sourcing and ordering materials and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and supplier communications.
  • Support administrative functions to ensure the smooth running of the office.
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal and external teams to coordinate timely deliveries and resolve issues.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure supplies meet project requirements.
  • Handle general office tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
