We are working with a busy and well-established construction firm in Haverhill, Suffolk, seeking a Purchasing & Administration Coordinator to join their team. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the purchasing process, including sourcing and ordering materials and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and supplier communications.
- Support administrative functions to ensure the smooth running of the office.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal and external teams to coordinate timely deliveries and resolve issues.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure supplies meet project requirements.
- Handle general office tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
