Are you an experienced Valuer looking for a new challenge? Our client a privately owned, independent Estate Agency in Haverhill, is looking for an experienced, self motivated Valuer to join their busy office. Dealing in Sales, Lettings, New Homes and Property Management, they pride themselves on their local knowledge advising homeowners on buying and letting in the local area. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own vehicle which is covered by business insurance.Salary package and benefits of this Valuer role include:

  • Basic £27,000 - £30,000 DOE
  • OTE £35,000 - £40,000
  • Mon - Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm Saturdays 9am to 4pm on a rota basis with a day off in lieu

Main responsibilities for this role of Valuer include:

  • Valuing and listing clients properties
  • Preparing photographs and sales information
  • Dealing queries over the phone, face to face and via e-mail
  • Providing feedback to clients
  • Working to tight deadlines

Essential skills for this Valuer role include:

  • Previous experience as a Valuer within an Estate Agency
  • The ability to maintain strong working relationships
  • Confident and enjoy dealing with and meeting new people
  • High level of accuracy
  • Ability to organise your workload and meet multiple deadlines
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A motivated team member with the ability to use your own initiative
  • Passion to provide a high level of client care and demonstrate the firms' shared values
  • Good IT skills
  • Hold a full UK driving licence with the use of own vehicle covered by business insurance
