Hours: 39 hours per week, 8:00 am 4:30 pm (early finish on Fridays)
Salary: 12 - 13 per hour
Our well-established manufacturing client in Haverhill is looking for a detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Paint Prepper Technician.
As a crucial part of the production process, you will be responsible for preparing components to ensure they are perfectly prepped and ready for painting. While previous experience as a Paint Prepper is beneficial, we are eager to develop candidates with the right attitude and strong work ethic if you're new to the role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and priming components
- Operate hand and power tools to ensure materials are properly prepped
- Follow detailed instructions and specifications to ensure high standards of accuracy
- Work closely with the production team to ensure components meet quality standards
- Contribute to process improvements and assist in optimizing work flow
