About the Role:
As a Maths Teacher, you'll play a vital role in fostering a love of learning and unlocking the mathematical potential within each student. Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering engaging and differentiated Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the opportunity to teach at KS5 depending on your experience and expertise.
- Creating a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel challenged, supported, and empowered to succeed.
- Assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and implementing personalized learning strategies to meet individual needs.
- Collaborating with a dedicated team of Maths teachers, sharing best practices and contributing to departmental development.
About You:
- You are a qualified teacher holding QTS with a specialisation in Maths.
- You have a strong understanding of the Maths curriculum and a proven track record of delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- You possess excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
- You are passionate about igniting a love of learning and inspiring students to reach their full potential.
