Secondary Teachers Wanted
Due to increase in demand, we are looking for cover supervisors to work in the West Suffolk area for long-term and daily cover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and diverse curriculum to students from Year 7 to Year 11.
- Foster a love for literature and language while enhancing students’ reading, writing, and critical thinking skills.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
- Assess and record students’ progress and provide feedback to support their academic growth.
- Participate in departmental meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and school-wide events.
Requirements:
- A degree in English, Education, or a related field to their specialist subject.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in teaching English at the secondary level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to continuous professional development.
- Must have taught/covered lessons in a secondary school in the UK
- Teachers from out of the UK must have had significant teaching experience
