The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance.
- Experience in project management and preparing annual PPM budgets.
- NEBOSH or IOSH qualifications in Health and Safety Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage M&E contracts to ensure superior service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Maintain and monitor technical installations.
- Lead on PPM planning and budgeting.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure compliance and minimise risk.
