Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support students' learning and development, ensuring that all students have the opportunity to reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to students, assisting with classwork, assignments, and projects.

  • Assist teachers with classroom management and behavior management strategies.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational role preferred.
  • A passion for working with children and supporting their learning and development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A commitment to promoting inclusion and diversity in the classroom.
  • Relevant qualifications or training in education or childcare preferred.
