If you have experience working with challenging behaviour and a passion for supporting vulnerable young people, this could be the perfect role for you.

The Ideal Behaviour Mentor:

  • Has experience working with students exhibiting challenging behaviour.
  • Acts as a positive role model and motivator.
  • Can start in September and commit to a full-time position.
  • Has excellent behaviour management skills.
  • Holds a valid DBS (or is willing to obtain one).

About the Role - Behaviour Mentor - Havering

  • Support students to build self-esteem and confidence, improving their personal and social skills.
  • Act as a role model, motivator, and advocate for young people.
