The Ideal Behaviour Mentor:
- Has experience working with students exhibiting challenging behaviour.
- Acts as a positive role model and motivator.
- Can start in September and commit to a full-time position.
- Has excellent behaviour management skills.
- Holds a valid DBS (or is willing to obtain one).

About the Role - Behaviour Mentor - Havering
- Develop and implement strategies to manage and support students with challenging behaviour.
- Provide one-on-one mentoring for students, helping them overcome behavioural challenges.
- Create personalised action plans in collaboration with students to outline clear goals and objectives.
- Support students to build self-esteem and confidence, improving their personal and social skills.
- Act as a role model, motivator, and advocate for young people.

Ideal Candidate:

- Polite, proactive, and approachable.
