On behalf of a lovely primary school in Havering, we are seeking proactive and caring SEND Support Assistants to join their welcoming team. This small school has a fantastic, close-knit community, with a light, airy building that creates a positive and inviting learning environment.

About the Role:

The school is looking for passionate SEND Support Assistants who can work closely with both teachers and pupils to support learning and development. You’ll be an important part of the team, assisting with classroom activities, managing behaviour, and building positive relationships with students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactive Support: Anticipate the needs of the class stepping in where needed to positively support both staff and students.
  • Behaviour Management: Confidently manage behaviours in a positive, calm, and constructive manner.
