Job Title: Reparation and Restorative Justice Worker
Location: Havering
Term: 3 months (with opportunity for extension)
Rate: 18.30 PAYE/Umbrella 22-25 dependant on experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver practical reparative activities and supervise direct reparation with young people.
- Collaborate with youth to monitor behaviour while adhering to national and local guidelines.
- Facilitate restorative justice processes and support victims in their journey towards healing.
- Conduct victim awareness interventions and gather personal views from crime victims.
- Attend community panels and appointments, promoting victim involvement and advocacy.
- Maintain accurate records of all interventions on the Youth Offending Service database.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working with children and young people in challenging circumstances.
- Background in restorative justice work or mediation within a criminal justice setting.
- Proven ability to deliver engaging group work programmes.
- Familiarity with youth justice legislation and court processes.
- Strong understanding of risk assessment protocols.
- A flexible approach, with availability to work evenings and weekends.
