Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Care Operative with a Painting & Decorating (P&D) bias to join our team. You will play a vital role in ensuring our customers' homes are maintained to the highest standards, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer care requests efficiently and effectively.
- Carry out high-quality painting, decorating, and other maintenance tasks.
- Conduct inspections and assessments to identify necessary repairs or improvements.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with clients at all times.
- Collaborate with other trades and departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in painting & decorating within the construction or property development sector.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Full UK driving license.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
