As a Trade Parts Manager with overall responsibility for the complete parts operation, your responsibilities include:
• Overseeing all aspects of the business from sales to warehousing to parts delivery.
• To create and deliver effective sales and marketing plans, achieving maximum commitment and motivation from your team.
• To meet all financial and market objectives
• To develop and agree parts plans and budgets to achieve sales and financial targets.
• Ensure stock optimisation to satisfy customer demand whilst minimising capital commitment
• To organise, direct and motivate staff within the department
