Contract Type: Permanent

Working Pattern: Part Time - 25 hours per week

Salary Range: 17,134 - 18,564 per annum - (Full time salary 24k - 26k)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payment of invoices.
  • Conduct credit checks on new and existing customers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, addressing any payment-related queries promptly.
  • Prepare and send out reminder letters and statements to clients.
  • Negotiate payment plans and terms with clients when necessary.
  • Work with the finance team to reconcile accounts and maintain accurate records.
  • Report on outstanding debts and provide insights to management.
  • Assist in the implementation of credit control policies and procedures to improve efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in credit control or a similar finance-related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
