Assistant Manager - Leisure

Hayes £27,250 OTE £31,100

A great opportunity to work for a market leading leisure brand at their venue in Hayes. As assistant manager you will report directly into the GM , with a shift supervisor and a small team of full and part time front line staff reporting into you.

We are keen to meet candidates who are:

  • Highly organised, have previous supervisory experience leading a team, have high standards and attention to detail and enjoy their sport and the leisure environment.
  • You will cover everything from delivering a great customer experience, to sales, managing day to day operations, uploading content to social media, recruiting, and coaching your team with an element of hospitality so plenty of variety.
  • Your customers will include local schools, football clubs and summer camps, you'll work across so many different communities and age groups as well as hosting countless kids parties.
  • Many of your customers you will see on a regular basis whilst there are targets to and to up sell, take up referrals and leads to take the business forward.
  • You will be working a combination of early and late shifts ; these will typically be between 9am and 11pm and you will be required to work a minimum of 1 weekend in 2.
  • You will need to be a confident communicator, have presence and an outgoing personality, and have a good all-round knowledge of IT and booking systems.

Holiday entitlement is 29 days per year, there is an enhanced pension scheme and life assurance whilst the bonus is highly achievable.
