About The Company:We are delighted to be supporting a Multi Academy Trust (MAT) in Hayes with the recruitment of a Finance Officer. Our client aims to deliver the very best educational experience for its pupils with each school bringing its own strengths and expertise.The Role:The purpose of this position is to support the Senior Finance Team with the day to day running of the department. As Finance Officer, you will be working in a close-knit team and will be responsible for a variety of transactional duties.Key Responsibilities:

To process financial transactions in line with the MAT’s policies and procedures
Maintain accurate financial records and accounts using the MAT’s financial management system
Accounts payable and receivable processing
Review debtor list and chase outstanding income
Assist the Senior Finance Team with ad hoc financial duties

Desirable Skills:

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
Proficient in SAGE or similar accounting software
Good interpersonal and communication skills
A high level of personal professionalism and confidentiality
