We are seeking a proactive Administrative Support Coordinator to join a recognised global brand. In this exciting new role, you will work closely with the Divisional Manager to provide essential administrative support across the division.You will be instrumental in ensuring smooth operations by managing staff rotas, analysng data, supporting H&S compliance, resolving escalated customer queries, and coordinating key administrative tasks.What We’re Looking For:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and business operating systems; willingness to learn new tools.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Understanding of store operations is a plus but not essential.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Team-oriented mindset and a flexible approach to work.

 Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Hours Management: Maintain accuracy of clocking-in systems and provide analysis to the Divisional Manager.
  • Training: Lead D365 system training for new starters to ensure proficiency in stock and sales order processes.
  • Promotional and Pricing Calendar: Manage the calendar for brand and outlet stores, ensuring up-to-date accuracy.
  • Data Analysis: Collate and analyse weekly sales reports using BI tools.
  • Inventory Management: Generate stock orders to optimise excess stock sell-through.
  • Compliance Oversight: Update H&S documentation and ensure store operating policies and T&Cs are accurate.
  • Customer Liaison: Handle escalated customer issues, collaborating with stakeholders to achieve resolutions.
  • POS Audits: Monitor and manage quarterly audits for all stores.
  • General Support: Provide additional administrative support as required by the Divisional Manager.
