- Staff Hours Management: Maintain accuracy of clocking-in systems and provide analysis to the Divisional Manager.
- Training: Lead D365 system training for new starters to ensure proficiency in stock and sales order processes.
- Promotional and Pricing Calendar: Manage the calendar for brand and outlet stores, ensuring up-to-date accuracy.
- Data Analysis: Collate and analyse weekly sales reports using BI tools.
- Inventory Management: Generate stock orders to optimise excess stock sell-through.
- Compliance Oversight: Update H&S documentation and ensure store operating policies and T&Cs are accurate.
- Customer Liaison: Handle escalated customer issues, collaborating with stakeholders to achieve resolutions.
- POS Audits: Monitor and manage quarterly audits for all stores.
