Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and Implement QA Strategies:Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive QA strategies, including automated testing frameworks and test suites for RF/Telecomm applications.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:Work closely with developers and project managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, identify testing needs early in the development process, and ensure alignment on quality objectives.
  • Continuous Integration and Delivery:Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins to ensure seamless integration and deployment of code changes.
  • Mentorship and Leadership:Lead, mentor, and develop QA team members, fostering a culture of quality, ownership and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Defect Management:Analyze test results, document defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Process Improvement:Continuously assess and improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience:10+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong focus on automated testing and QA leadership.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Strong programming skills in Python and Java.
    • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab/GitHub CI.
  • Agile Methodologies:Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum/Kanban.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
