What You’ll Do

As the School Site Manager /Facilities Manager you’ll ensure the school remains a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for students and staff. Key responsibilities include:

  • Promoting the school’s vision, ethos, and policies.
  • Safeguarding and prioritising student welfare.
  • Ensuring compliance with Equal Opportunities, Race Equality, and Health & Safety policies.
  • Securing the site and acting as the primary key holder for emergencies.
  • Conducting regular health and safety checks.
  • Supervising contractors to ensure compliance and high-quality work.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Proven site management experience with basic literacy, numeracy, and IT skills.
  • Prior experience working in a school setting (preferred).

  • Pay: £32,000 - £35,000 per year
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday (Flexible hours: 20-40 hours per week)
  • Holiday Entitlement: Year-round role (52 weeks) with annual leave entitlement
