My client is seeking an experienced and creative Head Chef to lead the culinary team at an education site near Uxbridge. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovative cuisine, a strong leadership background, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.
Head Chef requirements:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee food preparation and cooking to consistently uphold the company's quality standards for customers and clients.
- Take a hands-on role in food production, managing daily kitchen operations.
- Increase sales through centrally planned menus, promotions, and collaboration with preferred suppliers.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, health and safety (HS), and COSHH regulations.
- Essential skills in food innovation and staying current with food trends.
- Effective communicator at all levels.
- Superb culinary skills and good financial understanding.
