Sales Manager - Electrical Vehicle Charging

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the World's leading green, manufacturing and technology companies. To support increasing demand for their award-winning EV charger products and services, the company is seeking an experienced EV Sales Manager to develop a rapidly growing in-house E-mobility and electric vehicle charger division.

The position includes responsibility for managing and developing customer relationships and sales with charge point operators, councils, cities and private customers throughout the UK.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • To be responsible for managing and developing customer relationships and sales with charge point operators, councils, cities and private customers throughout the UK.
  • Producing client quotations and tenders.
  • Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.
  • Travelling to visit potential clients.
  • Developing sales plans for the account, which align to client needs.
  • Leveraging the company's network by encouraging and facilitating cross-capability involvement.
  • Understanding wider offerings/ key propositions of the firm, broader sector/ client trends and applying to portfolio.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants are required to have experience and knowledge of electric vehicle charging and the EV charge market by previously holding positions for an electric vehicle charger supplier or a CPO- Charge Point Operator.

We are looking for excellent communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to work on own initiative. Someone who acts on various methods and strategies for sorting problems and meeting objectives, and has excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.

Must be qualified to at least GCSE level, with direct EV Charge point business development and direct sales experience. A current full UK Drivers licence is required to enable site and client visits throughout the UK.

The Package:

Salary: c£50k

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Location: MiddlesexHours: 8 hours a day, Monday to Friday (8.30 am to 17.00 pm).Pension: Company Pension Scheme
