We are seeking a dynamic and strategically minded Strategy Manager -
Market Intelligence to lead market intelligence and strategic initiatives
This individual will play a critical role in driving strategic decisions through data-driven insights, influencing cross-functional teams, and presenting findings to senior executives.
The ideal candidate will have a background in market intelligence ideally within the Aerospace industry, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse data from various sources including market trends, customer insights, competitors, and aviation news to support strategic business decisions.
路 Stay updated on the latest developments within the aviation industry, MRO and manufacturing sectors.
- Translate complex data into actionable steps and recommendations for business growth and improvement.
- Develop and deliver presentations to C-level executives based on market trends and business implications
- Collaborate, influence and support cross-functional teams to implement business strategies and initiatives that drive customer satisfaction and company performance.
路 Support ACS (Aircraft Component Services) product development through market intelligence and data driven insights
路 Work together with account managers and (corporate) sales across the ACS segment to translate customer survey results into actionable measures to improve NPS (net promoter scores).
- Lead and manage strategic projects from inception to completion, against scope, time and budget.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks while ensuring project objectives align with company strategy.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, using interpersonal skills to drive collaboration and influence decisions.
Education and Qualifications Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Marketing, Business, Aviation Management, Engineering or a related field. Advanced degrees (MBA, etc.) are a plus Experience and Knowledge
- Minimum of 3 years in a market intelligence, project management or business development role, customer services or account management within the aviation industry or MRO/manufacturing environments.
路 Strong understanding of the aviation market, with the ability to interpret trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
- Professional-level English language skills are essential, with fluency in a second language (preferably German) considered a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to create and present high-level strategic presentations for C-level executives.
- Solid understanding of project management best practices, with experience leading complex, cross functional initiatives.
- Willingness to take ownership of strategic initiatives and lead teams across a matrix organisation.
