An Ofsted outstanding primary school in Hayes are seeking to appoint a passionate and dedicated Nursery Class Teacher who is committed to providing the highest quality education and care for its youngest learners. We are looking for individuals who:
- Hold a recognised Early Years teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent).
- Have a proven track record of delivering outstanding progress in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Possess a deep understanding of the EYFS framework, including the ability to plan and deliver stimulating, creative lessons that foster children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Are proactive, positive, calm, and flexible in their approach.
- Have excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills, essential for working effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Are committed to continuous professional development and improving their own teaching practices.
- Demonstrate strong classroom management skills, promoting an inclusive environment that meets the diverse needs of all pupils.
- Have high expectations for both their own professional practice and the children they work with, fostering a love of learning from an early age.
