Are you passionate about supporting children with additional needs? A rewarding opportunity has arisen for a 1:1 Behaviour Mentor at a specialist school in Hayes. In this role, you'll be working with students who need extra support to manage their behaviour and overcome challenges, helping them thrive academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 emotional and behavioural support to students with Autism, social communication difficulties, and other additional needs.
  • Assist children in building emotional resilience, developing social skills, and improving communication abilities.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to foster an inclusive and structured learning environment.
  • Use positive reinforcement and tailored strategies to promote good behaviour and emotional regulation.
  • Build strong, supportive relationships with students to encourage both their academic and personal growth.

Who We're Looking For:

No prior experience is necessary, as full training and support will be provided. However, we are looking for someone with a strong desire to help children and the ability to remain patient and proactive in challenging situations. Ideal candidates may have an interest or background in psychology, education, or social work.
