Location: Hayes Pay: £100-120 a day (dependent on experience)

A wonderful school in Hayes are looking for a qualified HLTA to come in to start ASAP. The position would be helping out with and often leading the class alongside other Teaching Assistants. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team at a vibrant and diverse primary school in Hayes. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting classroom teachers and ensuring the smooth running of the school.

Responsibilities:

· Provide support to teachers in planning, delivering, and assessing lessons

· Lead small group interventions and support students with additional needs

· Manage behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment

· Support the development of literacy and numeracy skills

· Assist with the preparation of learning resources

· Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the holistic development of all students

Requirements:

· HLTA qualification or equivalent

· Experience working in a primary school setting

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

· Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and a commitment to promoting the welfare of children
