We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant with a specific focus on autism to join a school in Hillingdon, West London. The school is for primary-aged children with Autism, Communication and sensory difficulties.Requirements:

Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a SEN setting, specifically working with children on the autism spectrum.
Deep understanding of autism and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
Ability to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Relevant qualifications in Special Educational Needs or related fields are desirable.
