Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Electrical Engineer - Night'sto join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
We are looking for anElectrical Engineer - Night'swho wants to work in a diverse rolewhere no two days are the same.
As theElectrical Engineer - Night's,you willprovide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
TheElectrical Engineer - Night's,will be responsible for:
- Electrical safety checks
- Annual visual inspections of DB's
- Emergency lighting checks
- Hand dryer inspections
- Central battery unit visual inspection
- Reactive repairs - replacing sockets, light fittings, re-lamping, fault finding to name a few.
- UPS monthly checks
To be successful for this Electrical Engineer - Night's role you must have:
- Level 3 City and Guilds 2330 or NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
- 18th edition.
- The ideal candidate would have a background in facilities or mobile maintenance within the construction sector, or similar, and be qualified to either
- You should hold a full, current, driving licence
- Be IT literate for record keeping
- Good customer service skills
