We are seeking a dedicated full-time Lecturer to join our dynamic team, teaching a range of programmes including CACHE Diplomas Level 1 to Level 3 (full time and Work Based Learning programmes) and T Levels. This role is ideal for someone passionate about education and care, looking to make a significant impact on the lives of young people.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Deliver engaging and effective teaching sessions across various Early Years programmes, including CACHE Diplomas and T Levels.
  • Assess and evaluate students’ progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience.
  • Develop and update course materials in line with current educational standards and practices.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to refine teaching methods and share best practices.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the curriculum.
  • Support students in achieving their educational and career goals through guidance and mentorship.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years, preferably at degree level.
  • Assessor award or equivalent qualification in assessing student work and progress.
  • Proven experience in education and care settings.
  • Experience in teaching, training, or assessing in Early Years or related subjects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students aged 16-19.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
