Freightserve recruitment is seeking an Air Export Gateway Operator for a major Freight Forwarder located in Hayes, Middlesex, near Heathrow.
The role involves providing excellent customer service, handling client requests, and completing customs paperwork for export and import entries.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and will enjoy a competitive salary.

Working hours are Monday to Friday from 10am to 6:30pm or 9am to 5:30pm.

Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Air Export Gateway Operator for a major Heathrow based Freight Forwarder based in Hayes, Middlesex area.

Job role:-

- Proactively promoting and demonstrating excellent customer service

- Handling client requests and queries effectively, escalating them where necessary

- Accurately completing customs paperwork for export and/or import customs entries.

- Effective liaison with other departments and with our overseas partners

- Ensuring company financial regulations are followed and that the correct paperwork is raised as necessary.

- Coordinating our Transport and Warehouse teams

- Supporting other members of the team in their learning and development
