This global company is renowned for its innovative products and commitment to improving the quality. The After Sales Specialist will be pivotal in maintaining product satisfaction, handling warranty concerns, and managing service requests for customers.Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Manage warranty concerns for both consumers and retailers, ensuring effective and timely solutions.
  • Handle service requests, including the arrangement of service visits, sending replacement parts, and processing manual orders.
  • Maintain accurate records in D365 and ensure all daily procedures align with KPI targets.
  • Share your expertise with team members and provide cross-training to ensure seamless operations during absences.
  • Continuously update and develop product knowledge, including both current and heritage models.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service Manager to identify and implement operational improvements.
Key Requirements:
  • **Warranty Experience:** Essential for managing warranty concerns and service requests.
  • Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to produce and deliver training material for team members.
  • Adaptability and a proactive approach to continuous professional development (CPD).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
