Job Title:

People Administrator People Reporting to: Head of People

People Administrator will play a key role in supporting the People (HR) team with various administrative tasks, while also managing day-to-day office duties, providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.

This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including administrative tasks, office management, recruitment referencing, and backup payroll support.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and adept at managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with maintaining accurate employee records in the HR system, including on boarding documentation, leaver processes, and updating personal details.
  • Provide administrative support to the People Team in day-to-day tasks, including, team email management, preparing reports and handling confidential information.
  • Assist with employee engagement activities such as organizing staff events and social initiatives.

路 Respond to employee queries related to HR and office matters, ensuring timely resolution or escalation.

路 Help with ad-hoc projects and initiatives to improve employee experience and company culture.

  • Assist with the preparation of contracts, letters, and other HR-related documentation.
  • Conduct pre-employment checks, including reference and background verification.

路 Maintain organisation on employee feedback and developmental records.

  • Inputting and updating employee records on file and on HRM/TMS .
  • Assist in organising employee training sessions, delivering inductions, and other HR events.
  • Assist with managing meeting room bookings and ensure meetings run smoothly with necessary arrangements (equipment setup, refreshments, etc.).

路 Provide front-desk reception cover, greeting visitors, handling calls, and managing inquiries professionally.

  • Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating visitor access when required.
  • Manage the issuance, tracking, and renewal of employee ID badges and building access cards.

路 Assist employees with any issues related to access control or ID cards.

  • Ensure security procedures are followed when handling access and ID-related tasks.
  • Provide Payroll, pension and benefit administrative assistance.

Education and Qualifications

  • Educated in business administration or HR related field.
  • Qualifications in CIPD (desirable)

路 Background in Referencing and Payroll desirable. Experience and Knowledge

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with
