Sonic Summary

We are looking for an import clerk for a temporary ongoing position with our client.
The working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
Key responsibilities include using Boxtop/Decarets, providing good customer service, liaising with airlines, and processing customs and shipping documents.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience in import/export operations.
The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.

NEW POSITION: TEMP ROLE - We are seeking an import clerk to join our client on a temp on going basis . The working hours are Monday - Friday 9.00am - 17.30pm.

Duties include:

- Use of Boxtop / Decarets

-Good customer services

- Liaising with airlines

- Processing customs & shipping documents

- Monitor flight capacity and negotiating rates and quotes

- Invoicing / billing customers
