Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a SEN setting, specifically working with children on the autism spectrum.
- Deep understanding of autism and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
- Ability to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Relevant qualifications in Special Educational Needs or related fields are desirable.
